Get legal advice on asylum

Rainbow Migration is registered with the Office of Immigration Services Commissioner (‘OISC’), which allows us to provide advice on asylum and immigration law in the UK.

If you are thinking of, or have already applied for asylum, we can advise you by phone or in person on all aspects of the asylum process, confidentially and free of charge. We give guidance on how to apply for asylum, how to prepare for your interviews with the Home Office and how to gather your evidence for your application. We can also advise you if your application has been refused by the Home Office and you are appealing in the Immigration Tribunals or trying to make a fresh application based on new evidence.

To get an overview of the asylum system in the UK, please take a look at our ‘How to apply for asylum’ guide, which is available in text and video format in eleven languages.

If you need our assistance, please complete this form and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

We don’t offer legal representation and cannot substitute your lawyer, who will be responsible for your case. However, we have a list of lawyers that you can contact for legal representation on a private basis or possibly under Legal Aid. In some circumstances, we may be able to refer you to a suitable lawyer under Legal Aid.

Please note that we will be unable to give immigration advice if you are not already in the UK.
