Support for LGBTQI+ people seeking asylum in the UK

If you need free and confidential advice or support with your asylum application, please complete the form below.

What we can do:

  • If you are already in the UK and are thinking of, or have already applied for asylum, we can advise you all aspects of the asylum process, confidentially and free of charge.
  • We give guidance on how to apply for asylum, how to prepare for your interviews with the Home Office and how to gather your evidence for your application.
  • We can also advise you if your application has been refused by the Home Office and you are appealing in the Immigration Tribunals or trying to make a fresh application based on new evidence. If you are worried about how your lawyer is handling your case then you can also contact us to discuss this.

What we cannot do:

  • We cannot give immigration advice if you are not already in the UK
  • We cannot give immigration advice if you are not LGBTQI+
  • We don’t offer legal representation and cannot substitute for your lawyer, who will be responsible for your case.
