This commentary developed by Asylos in partnership with Rainbow Migration sets out a critique of the CPIN Assessment, in light of the COI presented in the Country Information section of the CPIN. The commentary is divided into three sections, addressing Risk from state actors, Risk from non-state actors, and Protection. The commentary also presents COI published subsequent to the December 2023 Georgia: SOGIE CPIN, which points to concerning developments for the LGBTQI+ community in Georgia in 2024.
